  • Strategic information technology review for a major International advertising agency. Documented top management’s expectations for the IT function, for technology in supporting the agency’s business objectives and the 'gaps' in their ability to achieve those goals. Deliverables included:
    • Functional assessment and catalog of existing client service computer applications, communications infrastructure and IT staffing at WW office.
    • Defined agency technology function and role; specifically, how technology would foster communication, support expansion of the agency’s WW client roster and revenue growth, enable the delivery of brand marketing insights and generally improve overall client service capability.
    • Recommended a future "vision" of WW technology infrastructure and project plan to meet the agency’s regional/global client-service goals.

  • For a start-up online advertising agency managed a workflow analysis project designed to document current processes and present performance-improvement opportunities to management. Reviewed and evaluated current processes within the agency, identified areas for improvement and established and defined guidelines for implementing improvements. The team delivered a procedures manual to assist in employee training including workflow, informational flow, procedural interfaces, job responsibilities, management reporting and control mechanisms..
